I started out doing more traditional pattern-making and vacuum-forming plastics. Over time my craft has evolved and I now specialise in product design, product development and prototyping, and tooling for rotational moulding.
With this extensive industry knowledge and experience, I can assist clients through the product design, engineering and manufacturing process. I will advise on potential problem areas and work together to avoid additional expenditure and time. And above all, client confidentiality is assured.
My experience in plastics, rotational moulding and my award-winning engineering solutions enable me to design and produce anything from the smallest component – such as a handle or hinge – right through to bigger projects like mobile coffee carts, kayaks, trailers and mobility devices.
My personal approach enables me to meet clients to discuss the initial brief, and keep them informed every step of the way – from first concept through to the model then on to manufacturing. This enables clients to maintain a realistic and clear vision of the finished product through every stage of the process.
