The Kayak Trolley is an innovative and lightweight  product.

Kevin wanted to design a product that was practical, easy to use and could be stowed away. The resulting trolley is strong, weighs less than 6kg and pulls apart making it easily portable.

The original roto moulded version was produced to enable Kevin to test and prove the concept. It worked well, but he decided the potential worldwide market was too large to make it cost effective to manufacture the trolley with rotational moulding.  He re-designed it for injection moulding manufacturing which resulted in the end product being more cost effective, lighter, stronger and with less assembly required.
